Accommodations:
All residences (with the exception of the Deluxe Room) feature: Master bedroom has king sized bed, flat screen TV, access to the balcony and en suite bathroom. Full sized living room with flat screen TV, cable, DVD player, and surround sound. Dining rooms with mahogany wood table to hold 4-6 people. Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances; cookware, dinnerware, and flatware; coffee maker microwave, toaster, and dishwasher; and granite countertops. Second bedroom (if applicable) has 2 single beds that can be made into a king with advance notice. Third bedroom (if applicable) holds a queen sized bed. Two or three bathrooms (including en suite in Masters). Washer and dryer in every unit. Private balcony or patio (with the exception of the Deluxe Residences & Deluxe Room).

- Ocean Sea Front House: Ocean Front Sea House is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom 2 story residence located directly on the private white sand beach. Master bathroom has two-person soaker tub. Patio on ground level and balcony overlooking the Caribbean Sea on the second level. Starting at $5,050.00
- Terrazas Residence: Two story town home with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms with en suite bathroom upstairs. One bedroom and one bathroom downstairs. Patio on second level near the front door. Massive outdoor living / dining space on the third level with private jacuzzi. Starting at $4500.00
- Penthouse: Third-level residence with private plunge pool on the balcony. Penthouses have 2 or 3 bedrooms with two bathrooms and a two-person soaker tub in the Master bathroom. Penthouses overlook the resort grounds and 70′ infinity pool. Starting at 3625.00
- Resort View Residence: Traditional residence (ROH) with 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 bedroom units have 1 bathroom). Resort View Residences are located on the first or second levels within view of the 70′ infinity pool and resort grounds. Starting at $2500.00
- Lamanai Ruins Tour: Encounter Belize wildlife at its best – many species of birds,
monkeys, crocodiles, interesting plant life, and culture – with an early morning boat
ride along the Northern River and New River Lagoon. Once at Lamanai, enjoy
lunch (and rum punch!), tour the museum, and explore the Lamanai Mayan Temples
with a tour guide. $320pp - Dinner Cruise: Enjoy cruising the Caribbean Sea on a comfortable catamaran with two bathrooms and a convertible top with plenty of cushioned seating area and space for dancing. Enjoy the limitless open bar as you wait for dinner, including appetizer, buffer dinner, and dessert. Relax and toast the end of another day in paradise or dance the night away. $140pp
